Every alert that Vibe AI posts to Slack or Microsoft Teams kicks off a triage conversation — the back-and-forth where your team works out what's going on. The Conversation tab pulls that whole thread onto the alert's own page, so you can read it, search it, and jump to any message in Slack or Teams without leaving Vibe. It mirrors the discussion view you already use on incidents — see Incident Detail View.

Where to find it

Open any alert to reach its detail page, which is laid out as three side-by-side columns:

• Activity — the alert's timeline and page audit log.
• Details — description, sources, metadata, and any CMDB enrichment.
• Conversation — the triage thread, with a Notes tab right beside it.

Click the Conversation tab in the right-hand column to open the thread. (The columns are resizable — see Adjusting the layout at the end.)

Reading the conversation

The tab shows the full triage thread for the alert — the original messages and their replies — gathered from Slack or Microsoft Teams.

• Filter by channel. The buttons across the top focus the view: All shows every channel, or click a specific #channel to see just that one.
• Search. Type in Search messages to narrow the thread to messages that match.
• Open in Slack or Teams. Click any message to open it in its original channel in a new tab — that's where you reply, react, or add to the thread.
• Always current. The tab refreshes on its own about once a minute, so new replies appear without a manual reload.

The conversation here is read-only — Vibe shows the thread, but you reply, react, and post from Slack or Teams. It works with both: Vibe shows your organisation's main chat platform first and falls back to whichever one actually has messages.
