Moving from another pager? Vibe OnCall imports users, teams, schedules, and escalation policies directly from Opsgenie and PagerDuty. Services, incidents, and history are not imported.
Run the import in dependency order: connect the source → users → teams → schedules → escalation policies. People are matched by email, so users must exist before teams, schedules, and policies can resolve them, and a schedule's owning team must be imported before the schedule.

Team import is all-or-nothing on member compatibility; only active rotations and user participants are imported; some rotation cadences and time restrictions are simplified. Review each schedule's preview after import.

After importing, connect your alert sources under Routing — webhooks are not migrated.
