This guide explains what your workspace can import from Opsgenie today, what needs to be in place first, and what limitations to expect during import.
Before You Start
Use this checklist before starting any Opsgenie import:
- Your workspace must already have a connected Opsgenie integration with a valid credential.
- You must be an admin in the workspace you are importing into.
- Imports currently use the workspace’s default Opsgenie connection.
- Email-based matching is required for imports that depend on users already existing in the workspace.
What You Can Import
The workspace currently supports importing these Opsgenie entities:
- Users
- Teams
- Schedules
- Escalation policies
Imports for Opsgenie services, incidents, and other Opsgenie objects are not currently supported.
Recommended Import Order
Use this order to avoid dependency failures:
- Connect Opsgenie to the workspace.
- Import users.
- Import teams.
- Import schedules.
