Settings that apply to you, not to your organization: who you are, how the app looks, what timezone it uses, and how you personally want to be notified at each priority.

Where to find it: Settings → Profile, Settings → Notifications, and the account menu (top-right) for display preferences.

1. Profile Settings — name, phone number for SMS and calls, and timezone. Without a phone number here, phone paging cannot reach you.
2. Display Preferences — theme, language (English / 한국어), and time format.
3. Default Timezone — how your timezone affects timestamps in Slack, Teams, and the app.
4. Notification Preference — your channels and delays per priority (High = SEV0–SEV1, Medium = SEV2–SEV3, Low = SEV4–SEV5 and SIGNAL). Organization-wide minimums are set by admins under Notification Policies.
