Not receiving alerts

  1. Check notification permissions are enabled (Settings → Preferences → Notifications, or onboarding).
  2. (Android) Verify DND override is on (Setup → Android).
  3. (iOS) Verify Vibe OnCall is in your Focus mode's allowed apps list (Setup → iOS).
  4. Make sure the app is not battery-restricted in the background.

Not receiving paging calls

  1. Confirm the Vibe OnCall contact (saved during onboarding) is marked as Favorite/Starred.
  2. Verify Allow calls from Favorites is enabled in your DND/Focus settings.
  3. Check your phone number is correct under Settings → Account → User detail.

Sign-in issues

  1. Verify your SSO credentials by signing into another company app.
  2. Confirm your account is active — contact your workspace admin if unsure.
  3. If the Auth0 redirect fails, force-quit and reopen the app.

Can't find a resolved incident

Resolved items don't appear on Home. Look in Library and filter by status, or search by keyword/ID.
