The Incidents dashboard is the central view for monitoring all incidents across your organization. Navigate to Incidents in the left sidebar to access it.
🆕 Enhanced Dashboard — The sections below marked (Enhanced) apply when your organization has the Enhanced Dashboard enabled via org configuration. If you don't see these controls, refer to the Legacy View sections instead.
At the top of the dashboard, toggle between two grouping modes:
Click Display in the top-right corner to switch between two layout options:
List — A sortable table where incidents appear as rows, grouped by the active grouping mode. Columns are configurable (see Display Properties below).
Board — A kanban-style layout where each column represents a lifecycle stage (Open, Acked, Resolved). Incident cards show the ID, title, severity badge, duration, start time, service, and last activity timestamp. A Resolution Detected badge appears on cards where Vibe AI has identified a likely resolution signal. Board view is particularly useful for incident commanders who need to track whether incidents are moving toward resolution across lifecycle stages.
Clicking any incident row opens a side panel on the right side of the dashboard, showing the full incident detail (summary, timeline, services, responders, links) without navigating away from the list or board. Within the Timeline tab, a sub-toggle switches between the Timeline and the Page Audit Log (notification delivery history, visible only when On-Call is enabled). To open the incident in its own full-page view, click the expand icon (↗) in the top-right corner of the panel.
