Install the app

iOS — Open the App Store, search for Vibe OnCall, tap Get, install.

Android — Open Google Play, search for Vibe OnCall, tap Install.

Sign in

  1. Open the app — you'll see the Welcome screen.
  2. Tap Continue.
  3. Complete sign-in via Auth0 SSO using your work credentials.
  4. You'll be redirected back into the app once authenticated.

Onboarding (shared)

After your first login, the app walks you through these setup steps so no critical alert is missed. Each step flows into the next automatically.

  1. Enable biometrics — Face ID / Fingerprint for fast, secure re-entry during incidents.
  2. Enable app notifications — required to receive alerts at all.
  3. Save the OnCall contact — the app saves both paging numbers (+1 855-780-3813 and +1 848-346-2033) under a single contact named Vibe OnCall. Just confirm the system dialog when prompted; you don't need to type anything in.
  4. Configure DND (Android only) — the app will open your phone's DND settings automatically. See Android-specific setup below for what to configure.
