This guide walks through getting Vibe OnCall operational for your organization. It is divided into two parts:

Complete Part 1 before sending team members to Part 2.


Part 1 — Admin Setup

Prerequisites

Step 1 — Invite Team Members

  1. Navigate to the Members tab.
  2. Click Invite Users.
  3. Enter the email addresses of the team members you wish to add.
  4. Click Send Invites.
  5. Assign each member a role: Admin or Member.

Invited members will receive an email with instructions to activate their account.

Having trouble? If invited members are not receiving their invitation emails or encounter issues activating their accounts, contact the Vibranium Labs team via DM on Slack (if available) or at [email protected] and we will resolve it promptly.

Step 2 — Create a Team

Teams are the foundational organizational unit in Vibe OnCall. Schedules, escalation policies, and services are all scoped to a team.
