When an incident or alert is triggered, you receive a push notification showing ID and Title. Two actions are available directly on the notification:

• Acknowledge — marks the item as acknowledged without opening the app.
• View — opens the detail page in the app.

After you tap Acknowledge

You always get feedback on whether the acknowledge went through:

• App open (foreground) — a checkmark animation confirms the acknowledge, the same feedback as acknowledging inside the app.
• App in background or closed — a quiet "Alert acknowledged" notification appears and clears itself after a few seconds (no sound).
• If it fails — an "Acknowledge failed" notification appears; tap it to open the item's detail page and retry from there. It's dismissed automatically once a later acknowledge succeeds.
