Overview

The Profile page is where every Vibranium Labs user manages the basics of their account: the name teammates see, and the phone number on-call users use to reach them during incidents.

This page is just who you are and how to reach you.

Keeping your profile accurate matters most for on-call: if your phone number is wrong or your country code is off, SMS and voice alerts may not arrive when an incident pages you.

What You Can Update

The Profile page exposes two editable fields and one read-only identity tile:

• Full Name — the display name shown across Vibranium Labs App (schedules, incidents, comments, on-call rosters).
• Phone Number — a country-code dropdown plus a local number, used for on-call SMS and voice alerts.
• Avatar, Display Name, Email (read-only) — your avatar is auto-generated from your initials, and email is managed by your identity provider.

Avatar is not editable. Vibranium generates a colored initials chip seeded from your email, so your avatar color stays consistent across sessions. Photo uploads are not supported.

Updating Your Profile

Step 1: Open the Profile Page

1. Sign in to App
2. Click the Settings entry in the left sidebar (gear icon).
3. In the Settings sidebar, click Profile — it is the first item under your account section.
