Paging Readiness shows, for every active member, whether a page will actually reach them: their Phone number, their Mobile app push status, and whether their notification preferences meet your Notification Policies. Use it before an on-call shift to find who can't be reached and get it fixed.

Phone number for SMS and voice → Mobile app for push → Policy compliance for everything else.

Where to Find It

Go to Settings → Configuration → Notification Policies → select the Paging Readiness tab.

Only organization admins can open this tab.
