Overview

Vibe OnCall is a mobile-first incident response app for on-call engineers. It surfaces what needs your attention right now, lets you take ownership and resolve issues from your phone, and keeps escalation calls coming through even when your phone is silenced.

• A Vibranium Labs workspace account (you must be invited by an admin)
• Network access for SSO sign-in

Key concepts

Two distinctions show up everywhere in the app:

Alert vs. Incident

• An Alert is a raw signal from a monitoring source.
• An Incident is the aggregated event your team responds to.

Home vs. Library

• Home — the focused view: open and acknowledged items that need action from you or your team.
• Library — the complete archive: every incident and alert, with filters for team, status and more. A Need You chip on the Incidents tab narrows the list to incidents where you or your team is the responder.
