Overview

Vibe OnCall is a mobile-first incident response app for on-call engineers. It surfaces what needs your attention right now, lets you take ownership and resolve issues from your phone, and keeps escalation calls coming through even when your phone is silenced.

Prerequisites

• A Vibranium Labs workspace account (you must be invited by an admin)
• Network access for SSO sign-in

Key concepts

Two distinctions show up everywhere in the app:

Alert vs. Incident

• An Alert is a raw signal from a monitoring source.
• An Incident is the aggregated event your team responds to.

Need You vs. My Team

• Need You — incidents where you are the responder or a member of your team is the responder. This is what you act on.
• My Team — every alert belonging to your team, whether or not action is needed from you.

The Home screen prioritizes Need You (incidents) and My Team (alerts). The Library shows everything.
