Integrations connect Vibe OnCall to the tools your team already runs: the chat app where incidents happen, the monitoring tools that send alerts, and the systems the AI consults during triage.
Where to find it: Settings → Configuration → Integrations. Alert sources (webhooks and inbound email) are configured under Settings → Oncall → Routing.
Chat
- Slack — install the Vibe OnCall app during Quick start; incidents, paging, and the conversational bot all run in Slack.
- Microsoft Teams — setup, channel architecture, incident workflows, meeting links, and allowing Vibe as an external domain.
Monitoring and alert sources
- Routing → Sources — Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, AWS SNS, Coralogix, Opsgenie, Embrace.io, plain HTTP, and email.
- Integration setup — connecting a monitoring account so the AI can query it during triage (the outbound direction; inbound alerts use the webhook above).
- Heartbeats — get alerted when a job or service stops checking in.
Enrichment and automation
Identity
- SSO and SCIM — Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, custom OIDC, and SCIM provisioning, under Administration.
