This guide walks an organization admin through connecting Vibe AI to your Microsoft Teams workspace. Once complete, Vibe AI will monitor your configured channels, detect incidents, and respond to your team.

Prerequisites

• Organization admin access in Vibranium Labs
• Microsoft Teams admin access (or access to request app installations)
• A Teams workspace with channels designated for incident management

Part 1 — Install the Vibe AI Bot

Step 1 — Request the App from Vibranium Labs

The Vibe AI Teams bot is distributed as a custom Teams app package. Contact your Vibranium Labs account team to receive the app package (a .zip file containing the bot manifest).

Step 2 — Upload the App to Teams Admin Center

1. Sign in to the Teams Admin Center.
2. Navigate to Teams apps → Manage apps.
3. Click + Upload new app.
4. Select the .zip package provided by Vibranium Labs.
5. The app will appear in your organization's app catalog.

Step 3 — Set App Permissions

1. In the Teams Admin Center, find the uploaded Vibe AI app.
2. Click the app name to open its details.
