A incident meeting link is the video bridge your team jumps on when an incident gets serious. Meeting Links let you save those bridges once at the organization level, attach them to any incident, and invite Vibe OnCall to join the call and transcribe it — so the war room discussion becomes part of the incident record.

Manage Meeting Links

Save the bridges your team reuses — a standing war room, a per-team Zoom room — so responders don't paste a fresh URL under pressure. Each meeting link has:

• Name — how it shows up when you attach it (unique within your organization).
• Provider — Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.
• URL — the bridge people join. Paste an existing link, or generate a new permanent meeting room right from the editor.
• Description (optional) — a note on when to use it.

Manage your meeting links from the Vibe OnCall dashboard settings — create, edit, and delete them at any time. The list shows how many incidents currently use each link, so you can see what's in active use before you change or remove it.

Attaching a Link to an Incident

A saved link can be attached to an incident a few ways:

• From a template — an incident template can carry a meeting link, so it's attached automatically when you declare from that template.

• On the incident — pick a meeting link from the incident detail page at any point during the incident.

  

• When escalating an alert or via an automation action — choose a meeting link as the alert becomes an incident.

  

Once attached, the link appears on the incident so everyone knows where the war room is.

Inviting Vibe OnCall to the Meeting

Attaching a link records where the call is; inviting Vibe OnCall brings the conversation into the incident. From an incident's meeting link, invite Vibe OnCall to join the call:

1. Vibe OnCall requests to join the meeting.
2. Once a participant admits it, Vibe OnCall joins and transcribes the conversation.
