A incident meeting link is the video bridge your team jumps on when an incident gets serious. Meeting Links let you save those bridges once at the organization level, attach them to any incident, and invite Vibe AI to join the call and transcribe it — so the war room discussion becomes part of the incident record.

Manage your meeting links from the Vibe AI dashboard settings — create, edit, and delete them at any time. The list shows how many incidents currently use each link, so you can see what's in active use before you change or remove it.

A saved link can be attached to an incident a few ways:
From a template — an incident template can carry a meeting link, so it's attached automatically when you declare from that template.
On the incident — pick a meeting link from the incident detail page at any point during the incident.

When escalating an alert or via an automation action — choose a meeting link as the alert becomes an incident.

Once attached, the link appears on the incident so everyone knows where the war room is.
