The Incident Detail page is the central hub for everything related to a single incident — its timeline, AI-generated summary, all associated discussions, and a direct interface to query Vibe AI. Navigate to any incident from the Incidents dashboard by clicking its row.

Header
The top of the incident detail page displays:
- Incident ID — The unique numeric identifier (e.g., 1477)
- Severity badge — The current severity level (SEV0–SEV6). Click to update.
- Status badge — The current state (Acknowledged, In Progress, Resolved, Archived). Click to update.
- Add label — Tag the incident with one or more labels for filtering and categorization.
- Title — The incident name as created or detected by Vibe AI.
- Started / Duration — When the incident began and the total active window.
- Related incidents — Links to other incidents Vibe AI has identified as potentially related.
- Related alerts — Links to any alerts associated with this incident.
Timeline
The Timeline panel on the left provides a chronological record of everything that happened during the incident. Each entry is timestamped and tagged to indicate its source and associated incident ID.
Event types you will see in the timeline include:
- Meeting — An entry from a transcribed Google Meet or Zoom session joined by Vibe AI.
- Incident updated — A record of state changes, including who made the change and what it was (e.g., "status changed to Acknowledged — updated by James").
- Incident resolved — A record of the resolution event with a timestamp.
