Home is the focused view: only Open and Acknowledged items, scoped to what you or your team need to act on.
Two tabs: Incidents & Alerts
- Incidents tab — your Need You incidents (responder = you OR your team)
- Alerts tab — My Team alerts
Page structure
Each tab is laid out top-to-bottom:
- On-call status card — shown only while you are currently on-call. One row per active shift: the schedule name and the shift window. If you're not on-call right now, the card doesn't appear.
- Summary card — counts of items across each severity level.
- Acknowledged stack — cards for items currently acknowledged, displayed as a stack.
- Open stack — cards for items still open, displayed as a stack.
Each card shows: Title · Severity · ID · Source, plus an action button that reflects the next valid transition:
- Open → tap Acknowledge
- Acknowledged → tap Resolve

Tapping a stack
- Stack with multiple cards → tap to expand into a list view with keyword search and severity filter. Tap a row to open detail.
- Stack with a single card → tap goes straight to the detail page.


What you won't see on Home
Resolved items don't appear on Home. To find a resolved or older incident, use Library.
