Global means your whole organization. A team page focuses on one team. Open organization or team pages directly from the sidebar. The page you open decides which team's work you see.

Team pages include Alerts, Schedules, Escalation Policies, and On-Call Hours. Available pages depend on enabled features and your permissions.
Schedules and escalation policies created here belong to that team. Opening their details keeps you inside the team's pages.
Organization lists show items across teams, including items without a team.
Organization settings and team settings have separate pages.
